Sophie Bruas, its director, is an accredited executive coach (AoEC accredited), an accredited coach supervisor (ICC accredited) and an independent consultant  with over 20 years of experience in management in various international contexts. She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Development.​

She is available for Individual and Corporate Executive Coaching​ and Supervision, and short and medium-term consultancy work​ in Organisational Development & Behaviour.



In addition to her passion for developing people and teams, Sophie has  experience in  ​transfer of learning evaluation and enjoys the challenge of designing programme​ and training evaluations​ that contributes to programme excellence.
